Between January and March 2025, several prestigious art fairs are scheduled worldwide, offering platforms for galleries, artists, collectors, and enthusiasts to engage with contemporary and classic artworks.
ART SGDates: January 17-19Location: Singapore
As Southeast Asia's largest art fair, ART SG showcases a diverse range of contemporary art from galleries across the globe, highlighting the dynamic art scene of the region. Hailed by many as the beginning of a new chapter for the art scene in Singapore and Southeast Asia, the anticipated third edition of ART SG will spotlight exceptional contemporary art through three distinct gallery sectors – Galleries, Focus, and Futures.
Through Platform program, one will experience large-scale, site-specific installations and performances by artists from diverse backgrounds. Presented by Founding and Lead Partner UBS, ART SG will return to Marina Bay Sands, co-timed with Singapore Art Week – the city’s annual celebration of the visual arts.
BRAFA Art FairDates: January 29-February 2Location: Brussels, Belgium
One of Europe's oldest and most prestigious art fairs, BRAFA will traditionally feature a wide array of fine art, antiques, and design pieces from renowned galleries worldwide. 130 exhibitors from 16 countries will be presenting a selection of exquisite works from all eras and continents combined. More than 20 specialities, including paintings, furniture, sculptures and rare objects from Antiquity to the present day will be on offer at the 70th edition of the fair.
In 2025, BRAFA will welcome the Royal Institute for Cultural Heritage (KIK-IRPA) as part of a new collaboration. Since its founding in 1948, KIK-IRPA has played a pioneering role in the study and preservation of artworks, including paintings, wooden and stone sculptures, tapestries, precious metals, glass, and elements of architectural heritage. At this edition of BRAFA, KIK-IRPA will showcase the diverse aspects of its work in a dedicated space.
Art Genève

Art Genève's 13th edition will bring together at Palexpo in Geneva 80 galleries specializing in modern and contemporary art. The fair aims to establish a leading artistic platform in the French-speaking part of Switzerland, fostering a dialogue between art and the public. To strengthen Art Genève’s national ties, the Mobilière Prize will award a young Swiss talent, while the Solo-F.P.
Journe Prize will reward the best Solo presentation, offering work from the awarded booth to a regional institution. Introduced for the first time last year, the Sur-Mesure section will continue to explore unusual formats, exhibiting monumental pieces. Founded in 2012, Art Genève quickly established itself as a highlight in the international art calendar and now opens the European art fair calendar during Geneva's winter season.
Frieze Los Angeles

Frieze Los Angeles is a leading contemporary art fair that has become a significant event in the global art calendar. The fair's sixth edition is scheduled to take place at the Santa Monica Airport, featuring over 100 local and international galleries. The Focus section will spotlight 12 emerging galleries to give a platform to the next generation of contemporary artists and art spaces.
During the fair week, Los Angeles’ major museums and cultural institutions will present significant exhibitions and events. Highlights include ‘María Magdalena Campos-Pons: Behold’ at the Getty, ‘Olafur Eliasson: OPEN’ at the Museum of Contemporary Art, ‘Joseph Beuys: In Defense of Nature’ at The Broad, ‘Alice Coltrane, Monument Eternal’ at the Hammer Museum, ‘Imagining Black Diasporas: 21st-Century Art and Poetics’ at LACMA, ‘Scientia Sexualis’ at ICA LA, and ‘Animation and Me’ at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures, which will also host a series of dedicated events and activations.
TEFAF Maastricht

The European Fine Art Fair (TEFAF) is renowned for its rigorous vetting process, ensuring the highest quality of fine art, antiques, and design, making it a must-visit for serious collectors and institutions. Since its inception in 2008, the TEFAF Showcase has provided a platform for emerging galleries to present their collections. In 2025, this initiative features ten galleries, reflecting a diverse range of expertise that mirrors the fair's comprehensive scope.
Building on its successful introduction in 2024, TEFAF Focus returns to offer galleries a unique curatorial platform to delve deeply into the work of a single artist or concept. These enhancements reflect TEFAF Maastricht's dedication to fostering emerging talent, encouraging focused artistic exploration, and addressing contemporary challenges in the art world, ensuring the fair remains a pivotal event for collectors, institutions, and art enthusiasts globally.
Art Basel Hong Kong

As a premier art fair in Asia, Art Basel Hong Kong presents again modern and contemporary artworks from a carefully selected lineup of galleries, attracting collectors and art lovers from around the world. The main sector will welcome 196 exhibitors, including returning galleries and newcomers. Art Basel Hong Kong's Insights sector will spotlight this year photography in Asia from the 1970s to the present through 24 projects.
For the first time, the fair has invited Hong Kong independent art space Para Site to curate its public film programme, showcasing work by artists from the Asia-Pacific region and beyond. During the fair, the MGM Discoveries Art Prize for emerging artists will announce its inaugural winner. The U.S. $50,000 prize will be shared between the artist and the gallery showcasing their work at Art Basel Hong Kong, and includes an opportunity to exhibit in Macau.
