On the 28th of January, 2023, the Royal Academy of Arts in London hosted the Charity auction to benefit the National Academy of Arts of Ukraine. The event was initiated and organised by the Natalia Cola Foundation and the Royal Academy of Arts.

    Funds were being directly raised for urgent structural repair to NAAU buildings and provision of the equipment, support of scientific, publishing and exhibition activities of the NAAU, grant programme for Ukrainian artists to participate in programmes in Ukraine and abroad, digitisation support of the institution.

«In the Eye of the Storm. Modernism in Ukraine 1900’s – 1930’s» – the name of the large-scale project that is the comprehensive display of Ukrainian Art from the beginning of the 20th century to be shown in the Thyssen-Bornemisza National Museum (Madrid, Spain).

    The exhibition "In the Eye of the Storm: Modernism in Ukraine, 1900–1930s" presents ground-breaking art produced in Ukraine in the first decades of the 20th century, showcasing trends that range from figurative to abstract art. In October 2022, for the first time ever, Paris hosted one of the world-famous and prominent art fairs – Art Basel.
    The curatorial group includes Dr. Konstantin Akinsha (USA/Italy), art critic and co-founder of the Foundation for the Study of the Avant-Garde, and Kateryna Denysova, PhD Candidate at the Courtauld Institute of Art.

"Ukraine. Une Donation Contemporaine" – the name of the project that is the comprehensive display of Ukrainian photography from the end of the 20th century - early 21th century to be shown in the Centre Pompidou (Paris, France).

    More than 130 works by Ukrainian artists have been donated to the collection of the Centre Pompidou. The major part of them is a selection of photographs representing the Kharkiv School of Photography of the 1970s - 2010s, donated by the Grynyov collection, the Museum of Kharkiv School of Photography, as well as contemporary paintings and graphics from other private collections.

    In October 2022, for the first time ever, Paris hosted one of the world-famous and prominent art fairs – Art Basel.

    Paris+ par Art Basel took place at the Grand Palais Éphémère (2 Pl. Joffre, 75007), in the heart of the French capital. The art show built bridges with France’s cultural industries to create a flagship event, radiating throughout the city, embedded in its exceptional cultural ecosystem.

The multimedia project «Ukrainian revival» was held from July 22 to August 5 at the Monegasque National Committee of the International Association of Plastic Arts at UNESCO (Monaco). «Ukrainian revival» was a charity project: a part of proceeds from the sale went to the Ukrainian charity foundations.

    The exhibition featured unique artworks from leading Ukrainian museums, public and private collections from Western Europe (the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, Austria). 59th La Biennale di Venezia

Charity auction "Benefit for Ukraine’s People & Culture"

As part of the 59th La Biennale di Venezia on April 21, a charity auction "Benefit for Ukraine's People & Culture" took place. The 14 lots generously donated by artists and their galleries raised more than €1.2 million for humanitarian efforts in Ukraine. ArtCult Gallery joined the auction and provided works of Ukrainian artists.
