About Art Basel Miami 2025
Art Basel Miami Beach 2025, led once again by Director Bridget Finn, is scheduled to take place from December 5-7, 2025, at the Miami Beach Convention Center (VIP Preview Days December 3-4). The fair will feature 287 premier galleries from 44 countries and territories, reinforcing its role as the foremost international art-fair platform in the Americas.
This edition highlights an expanded representation from Latin America and the Caribbean, with standout first-time exhibitors such as Cuba’s El Apartamento, Brazil’s Galeria Mapa, and Argentina’s Pasto Galería joining longtime regional leaders. Organised into the main sectors — Galleries, Nova, Positions and Survey — Art Basel Miami Beach offers a vibrant mix of modern-master legacies and emerging voices.

Art Basel Miami Exhibitors and Sectors
Art Basel Miami Beach 2025 will once again bring together the highest-quality works across multiple distinct sectors, showcasing paintings, sculptures, installations, photographs, films, new media and editioned pieces by emerging talents alongside Modern and contemporary masters.
In addition to the main sectors (Galleries, Nova, Positions, Survey), this year’s edition will feature the important Conversations programme of art-world talks and debates, open to the public each day of the fair.

Art Basel Miami Conversations
The Conversations program will return in 2025 with three days of public talks, held from December 4–6, 2025 in the Auditorium of the Miami Beach Convention Center, free and open to all visitors.
This year’s lineup brings together leading voices across art, culture, and sport. Key highlights include a discussion between Super Bowl champion and collector Malcolm Jenkins and artist Tavares Strachan on the shared space between athletic performance and artistic innovation, as well as a conversation with artist Suzanne Lacy and New Zealand football captain Ali Riley on leadership and representation.
The 2025 edition also introduces Digital Dialogues, a new daily strand exploring how technology and on-chain practices are reshaping artistic production and collecting.
History of Art Basel
Founded in 1970 by gallerists from Basel, Art Basel today stages the world's premier art shows for Modern and contemporary art, sited in Basel, Paris, Miami Beach, and Hong Kong. Defined by its host city and region, each show is unique, which is reflected in its participating galleries, artworks presented, and the content of parallel programming produced in collaboration with local institutions for each edition.
