Art Residency

Open call for artists of all disciplines, ages and nationalities to join Mallorca’s creative scene.
Galleria Continua and La Residencia, A Belmond Hotel, announced the unique opportunity for artists from all over the globe to apply for an art residency at Deia’s intimate mountainside enclave.

Inspired by the concept of Reciprocity, encouraging dialogue, exchange and encounter.Artists are invited to create an artwork that will be exhibited in the most appropriate space on the premises during the season.
2-month residencies programmes :1st residency - May-June 20242nd residency - July-August 20243rd residency - September-October 2024
The residency includes:• accommodation at La Residencia or close by• a monthly living grant of €500 • a production grant of €5000 per artist

The three artists in Residencia will be selected by a prestigious committee:Thomas Moons (General Manager, La Residencia), Arnaud Champenois (SVP Brand & Marketing, Belmond), Lorenzo Fiaschi (Co-Founder Galleria Continua), Carlo Falciani (Art Curator), Pixy Liao (Artist & Former Resident).
