In his installations, sculptures and paintings, Stepan Ryabchenko creates a large-scale story about the world of virtual reality, with his ideas, characters and mythology. Electronic Eurus is a fragment of the project "Electronic Winds" (2015).
In this series, the master combines digital painting with classic methods of composition, creating a "story" about the world of virtual reality: "Each era offers its own themes that can be thought about. In my opinion, digital art reflects an era in which the line between real and virtual worlds is blurred. I was interested in transforming ancient Greek mythology with its unique atmosphere into virtual mythology and creating portraits of virtual winds blowing through the present: Electronic Marshmallow, Electronic Note, Electronic Hebrew and Electronic Boreas", said Ryabchenko.
