About the artist

Nikita Tsoi was born in 1991 in Kyiv. He graduated from two art schools, the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture and the Kyiv Academy of Media Art. The artist works with the construction of a historical narrative of the post-ideological climate of the last decades. He considers a person as a bearer of ideological consciousness, looking for his own basis in him, and examines his acceptance and dissonance with himself. It is a search for the border between anatomical and anti-anatomical. Between the truth and the deformation of the truth.
